What are the benefits of using Skillsville?

Skillsville resources are designed to improve children’s executive functioning skills, provide a toolkit of self-regulation strategies, and expose children to a wide variety of careers.

Why do I have to set up an account?

All Skillsville materials are accessed through the Skillsville Platform. From the Platform, you will be able to create and manage children’s Skillsville IDs, which they will use to log in to their accounts and participate in digital activities. You will also be able to find and print materials for hands-on activities for bundles through the Platform.

Adults must create an account for children to access our materials to ensure COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) compliance. This is a regulation required by the Federal Trade Commission to provide parents with control over their children’s information and protect children under the age of 13.
